Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine Open House And Cruise To The NMRA Spring Break Shootout
Its getting close to that time of year again – the drag racing season is almost upon us and the 2012 NMRA Spring Break Shootout season opener is going to be held once again at the Bradenton racetrack in sunny Florida – Thursday March 1st thru Sunday March 4th. To get things started our friends at Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine are holding their second annual open house and cruise. The world’s leading Ford Mustang magazine will be opening its doors to advertisers, readers, manufacturers and anyone who may be passing through Tampa, Florida on Thursday, March 1rd from 9:30 to 12 pm. The Open House will give everyone a look inside the MM&FF Tech Center, photo studio and offices of your favorite editors. There will be a few give-away items, as well as food and drinks, hot models and hot project cars. Best of all, the event is free to anyone who wants to attend. Dont forget that Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords magazine are sponsoring the spring break shoot out class

It was our First EVER Car Show in the rain – but it was a terrific success – A huge big Thank You to everyone who braved the elements of what was actually the possible beginning of a tropical depression they said for coming out to the Deland Florida facility to see our Dyno Shoot out – Exhaust Sound off and generally have a fun day with the kids and family – Here are just a few shots as it was seriously just to wet to go outside ! Congratulations to all the winners of our Amazing Raffle give away – We had some fantastic prizes with a top prize of $500 from Maximum Motorsports. Thanks to all the Magazine guys including Evan Smith who also braved the elements and bought along the Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords SEMA project Drag Race Car – Great to see ALL and thanks so much again

Woodward Dream Cruise Aug 20th 2011 Mustang Alley
- More than 700 classic Ford Mustangs, a special display of Shelby Mustangs and the latest racing crate engines will be at Mustang Alley
DEARBORN, Mich., Aug. 15, 2011 – A wide array of street and racing engines, a huge exhibit of classic and modern Ford-built performance vehicles and race cars, a glimpse at a future EcoBoost®-powered performance Focus, and Ford Racing parts installations – done on the spot for Mustang owners – make Ford Motor Company’s 2011 Woodward Dream Cruise display a must-see, high-octane destination.
Scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 20 – rain or shine – the annual Woodward Dream Cruise is the world’s largest one-day classic car event. About 1.5 million visitors and 40,000 antique and classic cars from all over the country are expected to visit the Dream Cruise, which stretches from suburban Detroit north to Pontiac in a celebration of all things automotive.
The Ford display will be located at the intersection of Woodward Avenue and 9 Mile Road in Ferndale, just north of Detroit city limits. Once again, 9 Mile Road will be turned into Mustang Alley. More than 700 classic Mustangs and other Ford-built muscle cars are registered for a classic car show. If the weather cooperates and all cars arrive as scheduled, this year’s event is expected to feature at least one of every type of Mustang model made since the car debuted in April 1964.
