2010 Roush Mustang released from it’s corral, and reportedly it’s a WILD ride!

Wednesday, July 8th, 2009

A couple of quick items today, both on the new, highly anticipated 2010 Roush 427r Ford Mustangand not all of it good news… for Roush.

Motortrend got to spend some road time, and more importantly, track time with the new Roush Mustang 427R and buddy, they were sure impressed. Over at their site there are some great shots of the red beast, and even some desktop wallpapers (one of which is currently being used on my own computer). Be sure to watch the video to see this 435HP car that they dubbed “rudeboy” in action around the track. 0-60 in 4.7 seconds and 100 MPH in 11 seconds is nothing to be sneazed at, for sure (the bad news being, and Motortrend points this out, that the Shelby GT500 is faster, better handling, and as tested, less expensive inĀ  price)!

Then, to continue the marketing hype…
Jack Roush allowed filming to go on during the 14 months that the 2010 Roush 427R Mustang was being developed until it’s unveiling a couple of weeks ago.

It’s not scheduled to run again until Monday, SEPTEMBER 21st at 8 a.m. so be sure to catch the first or second showings if you’re really interested in the development of this 427″rudeboy” Mustang.
